BUYER:

As per attached invoice

PRICES:

Buyer shall pay to seller amount as per attached invoice. Full payment required prior to pick-up. Seller shall have the option to cancel the sale if payment has not been received within 21 days of date of invoice.

DELIVERY:

Buyer shall take delivery of the equipment from sellers depot or such place as seller shall determine.The equipment is sold free on truck. 10 days free storage applies,thereafter all storage charges are for buyers account.

TITLE:

Title of equipment passes to buyer upon full payment of invoice

WARRANTIES:

The equipment is sold on an ‘as is’ basis. The equipment is inspected or could have been inspected and no warranties are given whatsoever regarding merchantability and/or fitness for any particular purpose. Buyer hereby indemnifies and holds seller harmless from any and all claims which may arise out of the use of said equipment

TAXES:

Any and all sales, customs, value-added or other similar taxes applicable to the sale and the delivery of said equipment is for the responsibility of the buyer

MARKINGS:

After payment has been received in full by seller, buyer shall remove from the equipment, at its expense, all markings and letterings pertaining to seller and/or ex owners including logos, decals and prefixes.
